the rooms felt spacious i think, super comfy and clean! everything really sparkled. i loved the complimentary extras in the room, like little treats. the staff, they are really nice, its a real bonus!

i did experience issues with maintenance. the toilet flushed a little weird, the basin draining slowly felt a little awkward.

the location was good for accessing nearby restaurants.

i found a few issues that bothered me. the bathroom door did not close properly. additionally, the coffee machine in the room wasn't working. i reported this to the staff, but resolution was slow and required repeated follow-up. this was frustrating.

The staff were super friendly and VERY helpful. The room had a modern look and all amenities you expect (seriously, they thought of everything). Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they stored my luggage without any fuss.

The bar got a LITTLE noisy while open (it IS a pub, after all).
